1. Terms and Conditions
Fixx Master offers a wide range of handyman services for residential and light commercial properties. We serve Winnipeg and surrounding areas, traveling up to a 2-hour radius depending on the job scale. Schedule appointments online, by phone, or via email.
2. Payment Policies
We provide detailed estimates and accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers. A deposit is required for all projects, with the balance due upon completion.
In-Person Estimates:
- In-person estimates may vary depending on mileage and service fees. Please contact us for detailed information based on your location.
Online Quotes:
- We offer free online quotes. Simply provide us with the necessary details about your project, and we will give you an estimate at no cost.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
- For jobs under $1,000: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
- For jobs over $1,000: Cancel at least 7 days in advance to avoid fees.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Quality Assurance:
- Fixx Master is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 30 days, and we will address any issues promptly.
Warranty:
- We offer a 30-day warranty on our workmanship. For items purchased and installed by us, we follow the manufacturer’s warranty. However, if an issue arises beyond 30 days, labor will be charged again.

We prioritize safety, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
6. Weather Delay Policy
Dealing with Weather Delays:
- Unforeseen weather conditions can cause delays in completing outdoor projects. While we strive to complete all jobs on schedule, we are not held accountable for delays caused by adverse weather conditions. We will communicate any weather-related delays promptly and reschedule the work as soon as it is safe to do so.
7. Third-Party Delays Policy
Delays from Hired Trades:
- If delays occur due to trades hired or assigned by the customer, Fixx Master is not responsible for these delays. We recommend coordinating schedules to ensure smooth progress.
8. Privacy Policy

- We collect only the necessary information to provide our services and communicate with our clients. This may include your name, address, phone number, and email address.
Data Usage:
